Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to be an educated woman. She is the perfect model of women today who do it all. She's an actress, a writer health guru talk show host, producer, entrepreneur, director, dancer, comedian model and, most importantly, wife and mother! Perpetual Motion, as her name is referred to by a lot of people. Marilu is living witness to the effect her holistic approach has had on her life. She believes that you can accomplish whatever you want with a healthy body. But it wasn't always that way. While she was still an teen, her weight increased rapidly. She ate out of emotions and was always sick. When her parents both died in their 50's--her mother from complications from arthritis and her father, from a heart attack, she knew that she had to take control of her own health so that the same fate would not await her. It wasn't about dieting, but finding ways to increase the effectiveness of the body.
